Accounts

An account is for one person. Keep access to its email address: that's how you sign in. We may close accounts used to cheat or abuse the game.

Refunds and your right of withdrawal

Uphill+, and anything else we sell, is digital content that's unlocked straight away. Under EU law, by buying it you ask for it to be delivered immediately and agree that you lose the usual 14-day right of withdrawal once it is.

If something has gone wrong, for example you were charged twice or what you bought doesn't work, email us and we'll put it right or refund you. A refund removes what was bought from your account. This doesn't affect your legal rights if the content is faulty.

If Uphill changes or closes

We'll keep improving the game, and some things may change. The daily and the archive will stay free.

Suggestions and contributions

If you send us a question, idea or bug report, you let us use, edit and publish it in Uphill for free. If we use your question, we'll credit you by name if you'd like.

Our responsibility

We provide Uphill as it is and can't promise it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses. None of this limits your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.

The law

Dutch law applies to these terms. If you're a consumer in another EU country, you keep the protection of your own country's laws and can go to your local court.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll say so in the game. What you've already bought stays as described when you bought it.
